8.30am - marquee opens to accept exhibits
10am - marquee closes to the public for judging
1pm - marquee opens for public viewing of exhibits
4pm - BBQ & live Glastonbury hosted by Stapleford Weekend
4.15 pm - prize giving followed by removal of exhibits
4.30 pm onwards - Glastonbury live stream by Stapleford Weekend
