Stapleford Weekend Ticket Policy

By purchasing a ticket to the Stapleford Weekend, attendees agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Weather Contingency:
The Stapleford Weekend is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the Stapleford Weekend Committee reserves the right to modify, relocate, or adapt the event schedule and/or venue as necessary. This may include, but is not limited to, moving activities indoors or altering the format to ensure safety and compliance.

2. Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of adverse weather, the Stapleford Weekend Committee will make every effort to adapt the event - such as relocating activities or adjusting the schedule - to ensure it can still go ahead in some form.

3. Event Cancellation:
In the rare case that the Stapleford Weekend must be fully cancelled and cannot take place in any form, the Committee will communicate refund or credit procedures to all ticket holders.

4. Disclamer:
The Stapleford Weekend Executive Committee of Stapleford Parish Council shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including weather), government restrictions, or any other event beyond the Committee’s control.

By attending, all guests accept this policy and acknowledge that flexibility may be required to ensure the enjoyment and safety of the event for all involved.
