Stapleford Village Weekend | Winter Quiz Night Meal | Allergy Information

During this year’s Winter Quiz, the Stapleford Weekend Committee will be providing all cooking in-house. Please note that the following items are gluten-free:

• MEAT sausage

• MEAT burger

• Halloumi

If you have any allergies or intolerances, please inform a member of the Stapleford Weekend Committee when you receive your ticket.

To clarify the process:
Each table will have a sheet of paper in the centre where you can confirm your website food choices and indicate if you or anyone on your table requires gluten-free options. This sheet will be collected, and when your meals are served, gluten-free items will be presented with a red napkin for reassurance.

For dessert, you will receive a separate sheet where you can again indicate gluten-free requirements. Gluten-free desserts will also be served on a red napkin.
Please make sure to note any other dietary requirements as well.

You must inform the Stapleford Weekend Committee on the evening of any allergies or dietary needs before consuming any food.

Stapleford Village Weekend | June Friday Quiz Night Meal | Allergy Information

Our caterer confirms that, on the Friday Quiz Night Meal, the fish and chips, halloumi and chips, and banana blossom and chips are gluten-free.

 

However, you must inform the caterer on the evening of any allergies or dietary requirements before consuming food. For enquiries, contact us at staplefordweekend@gmail.com, and we’ll forward your questions to our caterer. Your safety is our priority, so please take this seriously.

Before purchasing tickets or items (in-person or online) for any food items throughout the Stapleford Weekend, review the allergen information displayed at the caterer’s van/stall.
